The first house I visited is a fixer original condition home in the Valmonte section of PVE. Its a 3 bed 2 bath. There is 1,559 feet of living space. Its priced at $1,250,000. Next I went to 4057 Via Pavion also in Palos Verdes Estates in the Valmonte section. Its a very well done and beautiful 3 bed 3 bath home with nice tile and finishes. There is about 2,200 feet on a nice 11,480 lot. Its priced well at $1,800,000.
27625 Warrior Dr in RPV is a really nice single level home. It has 3 bed and 2 baths with a nice kitchen upgrade and the enclosed patio of living space. Very well priced at $1,174,000 this one will sell quick. The gated community of The Ranch is hosting a beautiful home at 9 Country Meadow. Featuring 6 beds and 4 baths and a huge backyard that has plenty of room to play ball on the grassy flat yard. Priced at $3,250,000
