We started the day off on Via Alvarado in lower Lunada Bay, just across from the Elementary school. Its a nice property and good house, single level with a good sized yard. The next house was just up the street on Paseo Lunada which had a beach feel and some nice upgrades.
The view at 785 Via Del Monte was enormous. It had the queens necklace up the coastline all the way to Malibu and then quite a bit of ocean as you could see south overlooking Bluff Cove. The house was multi level with lots of good views throughout.
2548 Via Anita is in a gorgeous section of the Valmonte neighborhood in Palos Verdes Estates. it was a 2 bedroom, so it could use some upgrades and expansion, and had a beautiful setting among the Eucalyptus trees.
26608 Basswood may be my favorite buy this week. The first thing I noticed was the bright blue paint which made the main room feel like a fish tank, and was decorated to match. I was then very impressed with the openness, the light, and view. There was a nice pool and good upgrades in the kitchen. It has four bedrooms and a good floorplan, so I think this should sell quickly and has a lot to offer.
1701 Paseo La Cresta is a gorgeous estate that is very well done and not over done. It had numerous exceptional qualities and must be seen to be appreciated.
28200 Ambergate was a flip home – they did a very nice job upgrading the flooring, windows, paint, and more. They did a fantastic job with a property that I thought needed everything. We can discuss more with a phone call or email.
28855 Geronimo has a big view and potential. It was a larger 5 bedroom floorplan and could use some upgrades.
28805 Covecrest has some good upgrades and a lot to offer. This home was done really well and the backyard was extremely inviting and pleasant. A bit of everything at this beautiful home.
