Virtual Tour of Palos Verdes Houses for Sale at Thanksgiving courtesy of www.JasonBuck.com
Thanksgiving is historically a time of year that is the beginning of a slower real estate market. Some Sellers choose to take their home off the market for the holidays for two reasons. One, most people are busy and have decorations or presents around the home, and two, the MLS will reset the Days on Market if a home is off the market for 90 days. Even though we are in Thanksgiving week, the local PV Real Estate Market is HOT!! Two of the homes on my tour this week have multiple offers.
1600 Espinosa Circle is a beautiful large home on a double lot. There are historic door knobs, windows, and fixtures in great condition and showing high quality throughout. There are views of the canyon and ocean and access to hiking trails right from the back yard. This home shows very well.
26049 Basswood Ave came on the market over the weekend and has 7 offers as of Tuesday. It has a great view of the Queens Necklace with the Redondo Harbor and all the beaches up the Coast, plus City light view, golf course view, and a valley view. The home is small, but has good charm, location, and potential.
7255 Crest has an incredible ocean view, pool, and a nice yard. The home is ready for personalized improvements and offers an opportunity for building equity. The potential here is enormous as the view of the ocean and Catalina is massive. A recent home with the same floor plan just up the street with a similar view sold above $3.2, so this one also has a lot of possibilities.
8 Upper Blackwater Canyon Rd is a large expansive home in the gated community of Rolling Hills. Its a single level home with a breathtaking main living room with a vaulted ceiling showing the architectural beams and highlighted by a panoramic city light view. Its pretty nice.
21 Vista Real is a single level home with a large lot. It has a lot of potential and a view of the golf course. There are currently three offers on this property and it has potential for a great remodel.

About Me: Jason Buck is a lifelong resident of Palos Verdes and enjoys the history and culture of the peninsula. Growing up by the Pt. Vicente lighthouse, Jason learned about the hill roaming the plains under city hall and wading through the tide pools at the bottom of the cliff. In 1998 Jason bought the home he grew up in, and started his career in real estate. Jason has also had the opportunity of traveling through Europe, Central America, Mexico, and Australia, and Costa Rica. His travels have opened his mind to various cultures and experiences allowing him to understand and appreciate the different lifestyles around the world. After managing a family business and installing hardwood floors, Jason realized a natural ability of hosting clients in the town he was raised. “It was really easy for me to show visitors the peninsula and entertain them with the numerous attributes and specialties the hill has to offer,” he said after showing a prospective buyer a few Palos Verdes homes. “Many people have no idea that a PV oasis exists, and I know a lot of the hidden secrets that keep this place special.” Jason has received a Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors® and is expanding his business to International markets. His goal is to find solid relationships that support win/win situations for both client and agent.
