Started the day at 1720 Palos Verdes Dr West, a beautiful two story home in the Lunada Bay section of Palos Verdes Estates. This property has a great location close to the schools, cliffs, and access off the hill. Its also well appointed with nice upgrades. The bathrooms were gorgeous and very clean great work.
3216 Via La Selva was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest kitchens I have seen and phenomenal attention to detail. A great floorplan and a good flow make this a home to be seen. I was really impressed with this house. 3401 Via La Selva is a beautiful home with great updates and fantastic area. Via La Selva has become one of the most popular streets in the Valmonte neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates. Lots of room in this home and a good flow allow for easy entertaining and comfort.
27 Hidden Valley had a massive lot, like almost a soccer field in the back yard! It also had a pool and great landscaping. The home was large and had a good flow that is clean and attractive. 10 Pinto Lane is a deal in Rolling Hills Estates. A really nice piece of property with a flat big lot and a pool. I wanted to enjoy the backyard and just hang out. It is peaceful and quiet and with some personal touches can be an outstanding property.
29404 Whitley Collins is a nice home ready for a family to come enjoy. Hardwood floors and other upgrades have a good feeling and plenty of potential.
2028 Via Visalia was listed last year and sold $100k over the asking for about $1.7 They put in new flooring and windows, landscaping, and a lot more. I was very impressed with how they kept the cool mid century modern look and added really nice finishes to create a beautiful home. There was some ocean view through the trees. The kitchen upgrades were fantastic and they did some nice work in the bathrooms too.
3546 Vigilance is located on the South side of Palos Verdes and has a great view of the Portuguese Bend Coastline, Preserve and ocean looking north towards Terranea. Great floorplan and a pool in the backyard make this home ready for your enjoyment.
6420 Sea Cove was an incredible property. I was blown away by the kitchen and style throughout this home. I think this could be my favorite kitchen with the large slabs of granite and the quality of the kitchen cabinets. I was really impressed with the color tone throughout probably cause I like turquoise, but it may not be for everyone. the quality of the kitchen cabinets is the highest I have seen and is awesome! The home is massive with nice open space and quality throughout.
6490 Sea Cove is also on the cliff just south of Terranea resort and is a massive home facing the ocean. The property has a pool, open grass, and a volleyball court facing the ocean. There are plenty of beautiful rooms to see the Pacific Ocean and the glory of all the whales and dolphins swimming by.
