“I’ve known Jason for over 20 years but it wasn’t until early 2015 that I engaged him to represent us as buyers in search of our first home. It was absolutely the best decision I made. What started out as an idea in September 2015 turned into a realty when we closed escrow in May 2016. Jason approached the seller of a property previously listed on the MLS but taken off market for remodel. Together, we put together an idea comprised of leasing the property upon completion of construction with the option to buy at a predetermined price. It was Jason’s knowledge of the market place and relationship with the selling agent that allowed this seemingly complicated structure to become a reality. Jason spent 9 months, literally 9 months, working this deal through and taking my calls on daily basis to make sure everything was still on track to close.
