Real Estate Market Update for Palos Verdes October Low Inventory
Its my goal to discuss the real estate market weekly in terms of inventory; how many new homes came on the market including price reductions, how many went into escrow and some of the fast sales, and what sold - what was a good deal and significant sales that are influencing the values in todays market.

During the week of 10/2-10/9

  • 24 new active homes with 10 price reductions
  • 20 homes went into escrow
  • 6 homes closed sale. Significant sales were 1737 Via Boronada, 529 PVDW, 3421 PVDN, and 3905 PVDS

During the week of 10/9 to 10/16

  • 18 new active homes with 11 price reductions and one increase
  • 9 homes went into escrow
  • 10 homes closed sale. Significant sales were 3225 Paseo Del Campo, 26753 Grayslake, and 32353 Sea Raven.
