Its been a very busy year for me - busiest I have ever been. In May I had 7 escrows at one time - that was a first. The interest rate came down a bit in February, and even though we started a war, real estate sales have been very good. The days on market shortened to 10 days or less and many homes that didn't sell last year sold in 2026.

I wasn't able to gather all of the data I normally would for a real estate update - I think something changed in the mls and I haven't been able to get it corrected with them. I will make an effort to do my analysis more often and I am happy to send you any data that may help your decision.
