Take a virtual walk through tour of Palos Verdes Houses and View Homes for Sale courtesy of www.JasonBuck.com
The real estate market is extremely hot right now!! There are homes that are being relisted that didn’t sell last year, and are now in escrow with multiple offers. Yes, some homes are still overpriced, but in almost every neighborhood there is a lack of inventory and incredibly high demand. If you are thinking of selling in the future, you should consider the opportunities today.
My tour starts on Espinosa Circle with a beautiful home in the neighborhood known for many peacocks in Palos Verdes Estates. I then went up the hill to a two level home in Monte Malaga. This property had a nice big back yard with grass, and beautiful balcony overlooking the yard and valley. The home was very well upgraded and showed well. I stopped by Rolling Hills Estates to visit a nice 3 bedroom with some good city light view and great location.
The Ranch is a gated community in Rolling Hills Estates which is very desirable. With a pool and large lot along with 4 bedrooms and a 3 car garage, this property has a lot of appeal. I liked how the kitchen opened to the family room and the floorplan has a lot to offer.
If you are looking for a home under $700,000 in Palos Verdes, there is a nice 2 bedroom home for sale in the Cresta Verde neighborhood. There is a beautiful panoramic ocean view fixer in the Mira Catalina neighborhood that has a lot of potential. The view is fabulous and there is plenty of room in the backyard for a pool if you want, or room to play. There are formal and living rooms, and an open kitchen, but it needs to be upgraded and some things need to be fixed, there was a half wall that was removed as the Seller started to renovate and then decided to list for sale.

About Me: Jason Buck is a lifelong resident of Palos Verdes and enjoys the history and culture of the peninsula. Growing up by the Pt. Vicente lighthouse, Jason learned about the hill roaming the plains under city hall and wading through the tide pools at the bottom of the cliff. In 1998 Jason bought the home he grew up in, and started his career in real estate. Jason has also had the opportunity of traveling through Europe, Central America, Mexico, and Australia, and Costa Rica. His travels have opened his mind to various cultures and experiences allowing him to understand and appreciate the different lifestyles around the world. After managing a family business and installing hardwood floors, Jason realized a natural ability of hosting clients in the town he was raised. “It was really easy for me to show visitors the peninsula and entertain them with the numerous attributes and specialties the hill has to offer,” he said after showing a prospective buyer a few Palos Verdes homes. “Many people have no idea that a PV oasis exists, and I know a lot of the hidden secrets that keep this place special.” Jason has received a Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors® and is expanding his business to International markets. His goal is to find solid relationships that support win/win situations for both client and agent.
