I was very impressed with the light and design of the first home on the tour 2448 Via Anacapa. It had great colors and flow and was a beautiful family home with great location just a few blocks from the ocean in lower Lunada Bay. I thought the pool was a nice touch, and the easy going open floorplan that had both some privacy, and also open rooms to communicate with family and guests. The bedrooms upstairs were good sized, and the light coming into the home was fabulous! Very well designed.
The home at 2813 Via Alvarado has been on the market for a while. Now recently staged and they took out the wallpaper in the bathrooms, its shows a lot better. This is a great location too in lower Lunada Bay away from the traffic side of Lunada Bay Elementary school and it has a large lot. There could be some more upgrades and work done to this property which creates a unique opportunity for a Buyer to make this property their own.
I was really impressed with the work completed on 3121 Via La Selva. They opened the living room up with Nano doors to create an indoor/ outdoor living environment and upgraded most of the property to perfection. 7 Ocean Crest Ct was an end unit townhome with expansive views. I was impressed with the views from this property and think it would be a great place to call home and gaze out at the ocean.
2330 Daladier Rd was a surprise. I noticed that the owner put very high end finishes in the property in the kitchen and baths and the view was spectacular. There was a harbor view from one side, and an ocean view from another, and then the pool with an incredible bar be que area with some shade. There were many nooks that were peaceful spots to enjoy the beauty and I did not expect to be blown away like this before entering. There are several upgrades throughout and worth having a look.
