The Current Market:

Here are some beautiful homes for sale on the market. I was surprised that there was not more inventory at this time. Historically, the market really slows down at Thanksgiving, and a lot of homes decide to come off the market until Spring. This presents a great opportunity in the next few weeks to make a deal on a property, especially if they have been sitting for a while.
