The heart of Palos Verdes Estates is in Malaga Cove as the Gardner building was first constructed in Malaga Cove Plaza in 1924. Today, the Homes for Sale in Malaga Cove Palos Verdes Estates are priced in the millions with some offering panoramic ocean views or the famous “Queens Necklace” lights along the beaches of the South Bay looking north to Pacific Palisades and Malibu. The forfathers of PVE created a Homes Association and an Art Jury that has precedence to the aesthetics of the exterior of the structure. This includes the roof, windows, balcony, paint, the front door, shrubs, trees, landscaping in general, pretty much anything you can see from the street. Myrunt Hunt, a local architect was the Art Jury first president. There were about 20 homes in PVE before 1924, and then the City began to keep the records. The Art Jury has plans for every property in the City guarded by a safe and a staff of beautiful people who are proud of this thoughtful community. [ifound id=3555]
