Homes are Selling in Less than a Week – What are you looking/ waiting for?

There were a few homes listed at the end of last week that had open house over the weekend and were sold by Tuesday.  I went to shoot video and saw some nice homes, but I’m shocked at some of the interest in view homes.

There was a view home listed under value at $1.5, however, there are now more than 10 offers and its climbing to nearly $200k over ask!!  WOW!!!

Here are some of the new homes – some beautiful property in RH, and a big view home on Via Rincon.
