Vicente lighthouse, Jason learned about the hill roaming the plains under city hall and wading through the tide pools at the bottom of the cliff. Jason has also had the opportunity of traveling through Europe, Central America, Mexico, and Australia, and Costa Rica. His travels have opened his mind to various cultures and experiences allowing him to understand and appreciate the different lifestyles around the world. After managing a family business and installing hardwood floors, Jason realized a natural ability to host clients in the town he was raised. “It was really easy for me to show visitors the peninsula and entertain them with the numerous attributes and specialties the hill has to offer,” he said after showing a prospective buyer a few Palos Verdes homes. “Many people have no idea that a PV oasis exists, and I know a lot of the hidden secrets that keep this place special.” Jason has received a Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors and is expanding his business to International markets. I have been nominated as a Board of Director for the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors for 2013. My office is in Malaga Cove at RE/MAX Estate Properties. I am also the Chair for the Global Committee at the PV Board, and I am a YPN member at the Board and PV Chamber of Commerce. I volunteer for several organizations, and I am an EcoBroker practicing conservation daily.
I had the opportunity of traveling through Europe, Central America, Australia, and Mexico which has opened my mind to various cultures and experiences allowing me to understand and appreciate the different lifestyles around the world. I have found a career in real estate and have expanded my market knowledge worldwide. I travel to Costa Rica and Panama several times a year and have built a large database of clients and associates to work with around the world. My lifelong passion with music began as a local teenager, and I performed at my high school Winter Formal Dance with my band Neopolitan. I have always had a fascination with different styles of music. In November 2005, I had one of the most rewarding experiences of my life joining a musical group called “No Boundaries.” This group is comprised of disabled musicians and performs at various events with organizations such as Easter Seals and the Special Olympics. Initially, they contacted me to provide a cd record in my home recording studio. I was then invited to participate in the band as the guitarist and “seeing the importance of it all” was honored to participate. In February 2006 the band got a big break with a donation from the Gibson Foundation along with Coldwell Banker. They sponsored the band to travel to China through WACE, World America Cultural Exchange and performed in Beijing and Shanghai, including a concert on Great Wall of China. I still work in the studio helping artists find their creative energy in my peaceful environment here in Palos Verdes.
