The first day of the PV Specialist course is at the PV Library on October 9th and covers the history of Palos Verdes and then the purchase by Vanderlip in 1913 and his dream and formation of the Palos Verdes Project. Did you know that PV was very popular for dry farming, and abalone fishing, and had a big military impact as well? We also discuss and have speakers from the Land Conservancy covering the wide variety of plants and animals on the hill.

The following two days will include City visits to learn how real estate agents can work with each City regarding permits and economic conditions and current events that impact the market.
