Feeling Right At Home in Palos Verdes

What inspires you? An ocean view of Catalina Island, hiking trails along the cliff, seeing whales or dolphins, or a music studio in your home?

This property has a huge lot and massive home that feels cozy and comfortable and its on the front row of the Oceanfront development.  I just did a remix of one of my songs and shuffled the beats to a video I did on a home I am selling with an awesome music studio.

I am a lifelong native of Palos Verdes and I have been in a band since high school. In fact, I played my winter formal in front of my classmates and had a blast. I had a phone machine which I would record a message about what house we were playing that weekend as most big parties had bands back in the 80’s. I continued playing music in Boulder Colorado while attending school and got to play the Fox Theatre seven times. Once back in LA I continued to play in a Grateful Dead cover band and other gigs.

I built a studio at home and continue to jam with friends all the time. I have written an album that was recorded, and have many more songs that need to be tracked. There is not enough time in the day..
